Features and applications of our autoclaves

    Autocalves made in our company can be used for curing of sand brick, ash brick, slag brick, aerated-cement brick, cement pile and other cement products. It can also be used for processing of glass, wood, rubber, thermal insulation, medicine, high-strength gypsum and fishing net. Additionally, our company can provide customers with other types of autoclave to their special requirements.
    Our company have absorbed and incorporated the advantages of Chinese and foreign autoclave. Major pressurized parts of our autoclave are analyzed and calculated for their strength with the help of finite element method and subjected to mechanical tests.
    Our autoclaves take the form of horizontal steel drum. The end plates of autoclaves are made of 16MnR integral steel plate through pressing process. Main flanges are made of 16MnR integral steel plate through forging process. Welds on pressurized parts are radiographed and heat-treated in accordance with China standard No. GB150-1998 “Steel Pressure Vessel”.
    Our autoclaves are operated either manually or automatically. The control and safety equipments assure to the maximum possible extent freedom of dangers caused by improper operations. The autoclave door is of fast-moving type, using manual speed reduction gears. Autoclave door is also operated electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically to the requirments of customers. Autoclave door is of either side-opening or top-opening at the discretion of customers. Side-opening has hinge mechanism suitable for operation in low place. Top-opening has lever mechanism with lever lower end linking the door and with counterweight on lever upper end, which needs small space on the side of autoclave.
    Our autoclaves are provided with safety valve(s), manometers, thermometers, temperature sensors, steam valve s, ball valves, steam trap and other instrumentation.

Autoclave intended forproduction of aerated concrete and fly ash/pile/gypsum

Autoclaves are a key equipment for production of aerated concre and fly ash / pile / gypsum in the manufacture of
ligh-weight wall material，insulating materialpipe and gypsum. Autoclaves have been used in 70% of aerated concrete companies.

Autoclave intended for glass production

Autoclaves are a key equipment for production of safety glass and bullet-proof glass.

Autoclave intended for wood drying

Autoclaves are a key equipment for wood processing, i.e. impregnating wood for fire—retardent，bacteria—proof,anti static and preservative properties，then drying wood in vacuum condition.

Autoclave intended for fishing net setting

Autoclaves are a key equipment for fishing net sexing, i．e fixing woven fishing net on the frames inside auloclave，each
filament of net being ant its joint subject to a even tension due to temperature，and cooling and setting.

Other autoclaves

Autoclaves can be specially designed and manufactured to customers’requirements, which are used in medicine, chemical
and rubber industry.
